Delivery
Our charges for postage and packing (shipping and handling) are based on weight and destination and also include a fixed sum to cover packaging. The system should select the correct postal option based on your country. Please get in touch if it doesn't!
Orders are posted once per week, on a Friday afternoon.
UK Standard is either Royal Mail First Class (parcels under 2kg), or Parcelforce express48 (parcels over 2kg), for which a signature will be required on receipt.
Postage on parcels up to 250g in weight is based on the Large Letter rate.
Postage on parcels between 250g and 2kg in weight is based on the Small Parcel rate.
Postage on parcels over 2kg in weight is based on the Medium Parcel rate.
International Orders up to 2kg in weight are sent as a single parcel by Royal Mail Airmail.
Orders over 2kg in weight to be sent to addresses outside the UK cannot be made using the built in system. They will need to be sent by carrier, usually DHL, Fedex, or Parcelforce Worldwide. Contact us by email at ermtony@gmail.com for an accurate quote. With such orders you must include a telephone number with your address as it is needed when we book the carrier. Without it the shipping of your order will be delayed.

World Zone 1 Airmail
Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe or World Zone 2.
World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia .
World Zone 2 Airmail

Customs, Duty and Taxes
Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for finding out about the laws concerning importing our products into your country. Delivery times may be subject to customs inspection. There may also be duty and taxes payable, which may extend the delivery process. These are payable by the customer and not by East Riding Miniatures.
Returns
If you wish cancel an order, you must give us written notice within fourteen days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods to us in good (new) condition at your expense, after which we will refund your money as soon as possible, including the initial cost of shipping, and in all cases within fourteen days. Please feel free to phone or email with any questions regarding returns.
If your goods are faulty please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement(s) to be made.
Missing Parcels
In accordance with Royal Mail guidelines we can only consider a parcel to be lost in the post once 15 working days have elapsed for items sent to UK destinations and 25 working days for items sent elsewhere by airmail.
Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the appropriate time frame.
