Please note that postage and packing on orders made through this online shop are calculated by weight making them more accurate than if worked out as a percentage of the order value. This generally results in a saving for you, the customer.

The stated methods of postage, UK 1st Class, UK 1st Class Recorded, Europe Airmail and Rest of the World Airmail, are only valid for parcels up 2kg in weight. Beyond that parcels for UK destinations will be sent by ParcelForce (recorded delivery if 1st Class Recorded has been selected) and for other destinations by carrier, usually DHL.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for finding out the laws of importing our products in your country. Delivery times are subject to customs inspection. There may also be duty and taxes payable, which may extend the delivery process. These are payable by the customer and not by East Riding Miniatures.

Returns

If you wish cancel an order, you must give us written notice within seven working days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods to us in good (new) condition, after which we will refund your money as soon as possible, including the initial cost of shipping.

If your goods are faulty please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement(s) to be made.

Missing Parcels

In accordance with Royal Mail guidelines we can only consider a parcel to be lost in the post once 15 working days have elapsed for items sent to UK destinations and 25 working days for items sent elsewhere. Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the appropriate time frame.

Discounts

We currently offer a 10% discount on figures and bases to the members of certain wargames clubs and societies. If you are a member and wish to claim your discount please email your order, quoting your membership number, rather than using the online shop. Currently these are:
